The Brief
It is the season of merrymaking and giving, and also the season for Singtel to give back to their consumers. Develop an overarching concept to carry all of Singtel’s messaging comms this festive period.
The Idea — Singtel 2018GB(Great Big) Giveaway
Data has become such an important, sought after commodity. In the spirit of giving, Singtel has a great big line-up of gifts, including 2018GB of data giveaway in a grand lucky draw, amongst many other gifts. In the days leading up to Christmas, Singtel gives away a big gift every week. From the latest gadgets, to all expenses paid travels, to once in a lifetime experiences.
I developed a Christmas visual identity for the brand. All messaging comms across the board adopted this identity during the entire month of December, thus giving the brand a cohesive, merry look.
The concept was derived from our big idea, Singtel’s 2018 Great Big Giveaway. With something as huge as this, everything else looks smaller in comparison. Hence, the visual identity comprised of tiny people celebrating the festive season, as well as some iconic local landmarks, with a giant bauble in the center of it all. It is a flexible and easily-adaptable identity, with many different visual components that can be picked and placed together differently.
